I had such a bad experience a few years ago. But Joel in the service department was so understanding, he listened to me, he communicated with me through the whole process. Gave me updates and left detailed messages if I was unavailable. So happy he took that time with me. If you need help or don't understand something go to joel he is sure to explain and help you out! I'm usually nervice and intimidated to go in and scared at what they will try and get me to do and the cost. But my new friend Matt Thornton helped me through the process. Figured out what was wrong, what my warranty covered, and tried to keep the rest at a reasonable price.
